해외 대학으로 교환학생 파견 시 취득한 학점 인정 절차 중 성적 기재 방법이 변경되었습니다.

기존에는 타 대학과 우리 대학의 성적 체계 차이가 있을 경우, 해외 성적이 S/U로 기재되었으나 

앞으로는 성적 체계에 관계없이 타 대학에서 취득한 성적을 그대로 기재하도록 하겠습니다.

이와 관련하여 현 시점을 기준으로 기존에 입력된 데이터에 대한 수정이 필요하신 경우, 제출해주신 성적표를 바탕으로 변경해드릴 수 있습니다. 변경을 원하시는 분들은 학적팀 이메일로 요청 부탁드립니다. (cod123@gist.ac.kr)

(단, 이전과 동일하게 GPA 산출 시 해외 성적은 반영되지 않습니다.)

Hello, this is the Academic Affairs Team.

There has been a change in the grading method for credits earned during an overseas exchange program.

Previously, when there was a difference in grading systems between our university and the foreign institution, the grades were recorded as S/U. However, going forward, grades earned at foreign universities will be recorded as they are, regardless of the grading system.

If you need any changes to the data already entered, we can update it based on the transcript you submit. Please send a request to the Academic Affairs Team via email if you wish to make changes. (cod123@gist.ac.kr)

(Note: As before, overseas grades will not be reflected in the GPA calculation.)
